I have worked in Ireland and the UK as a journalist and have written articles for the English and Welsh language press including The Sunday Times, BBC online, Notion Magazine and State magazine.
I contribute to BBC radio shows on a regular basis, presented radio shows on Invincible Radio for two years, done work for BBC 1Xtra and Newstalk 106-108fm and produced shows for Resonance FM. I have interviewed numerous musicians during my career including Amy Winehouse, The Black Eyed Peas, Ice-T and Estelle.
I enjoy writing, walking, taking pictures of the world around me, traveling and supporting Wales in everything.
